How do you move on from mistakes?

I got my videos back from last week’s recording session and chuckled when I watched some of these bloopers.
While they’re fleeting moments (last than less than a second), the feeling of anguish is palpable!
You might be going really well for a minute and trip up, which means - re-shoot it, arghhh.
It’s important to try and dust it off, so you can start again, calm and composed.
It reminds me of my netball days. Every time I’d miss a goal, I’d have a mini routine where I’d lightly slap my wrist, as a trigger to stay in the present and forget about that last shot. You don’t want a missed shot on your mind when you’re shooting another goal.
