Leanne has an incredible work ethic. She has high expectations for herself and designs an experience that has always left me with new ideas, inspired and energized. I have personally implemented so much from her very practical strategies in her sessions, and was very pleased to see the impact of unleashing her on a group of 50 over Zoom.

She believes that boring workshops should be stamped out forever and that was evident in everything she did at our workshop. She thrives on contrast was making use of posters, game wheels, color - in tools, group and individual work. But most of all she made the group feel psychologically safe with her, they were keen to participate and ask her questions.

She is also a master at interviews, MCing and I would highly recommend her as a leadership and learning advisor for your teams.
