After scrolling up and down my draft book manuscript, painfully trying to piece it all together, I decided I needed to get out of my own head.

I reached out to Jade Miller (Goulding) because she has this incredible ability to take disparate things, and present them in a step by step way.

We caught up for a coffee and within 25 mins, she took my ideas that I couldn’t connect easily, and simplified the process, iterally mapping the process on a one-pager.

It felt so damn good.

So, two things:
1. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. For a few days, I’d sat on it, trying to fix it, push it, post-it note it, I was too caught up in my own head.
2. Reach out to Jade to help you visualise your process.

One thing I dislike about many non-fiction books is that you have to wade through 3 chapters to get the practical goodness.

I'm excited about dramatically cutting back on the fluff and giving away the most value in the very first chapter. Jade helped figure out how to do that, and still make it accessible/connect the dots for readers.
