It’s been 36 days since my book was released!

The most surprising, common question I now get (that I love is)...

“Leanne, can you run a 2-Hour workshop for us, on how to host a 2–Hour workshop?”

The answer is…OF COURSE!

(It would be kind of weird if I said it takes me 2 days to share how to deliver a 2-Hour workshop).

I actually ran a pilot session of the 2-Hour Workshop at Andy Storch's Talent Development Think Tank conference in Sonoma, California in February.

But we cheated.

This session was actually 3 hours… In the final hour, we brought in wine and cheese, and mingled, giving everyone a chance to share their favourite Power Up activity. #careerhighlight

The 2-Hour Workshop (on how to run a 2-Hour Workshop) is industry-agnostic workshop too.

I’ve had leaders from industry sectors like Healthcare, Construction, Energy and Real Estate  reach out about hosting these… fun!

The 2-Hour Workshop (on how to run a 2-Hour Workshop) hits on all the key elements of the SPARK framework that I weave through the book, including

• ⚡Setup: We’re not just ticking boxes here; we’re crafting an experience.
• ⚡Power Up: Light up the room, set the rhythm and expectations, and start the conversation upfront.
