Chapter 10 of Free Time: Invite Nonlinear Breakthroughs!

πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰ It's pretty epic when your podcast origin story is featured in a book by one of your favourite authors! FREE TIME is live to the world today.

I discovered Jenny Blake's work back in 2017 and have been part of her community ever since. Reading her book Pivot provided so many non-linear breakthroughs for me, including revamping how I thought about my work, and a sneaky trip to Paris as well!

This photo was taken on a Tuesday in February. While this FREE TIME looks great on LinkedIn, the truth was, on Wednesday I was battling a work hangover (you might have experienced something similar: You take one day off, and when you return to work the next day, you're catching up double the work).

On the yacht, I'm keeping an eye on email and responding to message.

I'm in a state where my Effort: Reward ratio is 1:1.

That's why I'm SO EXCITED that this book has arrived.

Free Time is for business owners stuck in what she calls the β€œBurdensome B’s” β€” bored, bottlenecked, burned out, or buried by bureaucracy.

It's packed with practical strategies to free your mind, time, and team to do more of your best work.

As you can see, the First Time Facilitator podcast origin story also opens up Chapter 10 of Free Time: Invite Nonlinear Breakthroughs!

A link to grab the book is in the comments below.
