šŸ€Are you a newbie somewhere? Hereā€™s my tip: Follow a person with main character energy.

Itā€™s been hard finding nice, level paths to run around on these quaint towns around Ireland and Wales.

But I hit the jackpot today when I saw a lady who was walking quickly with purpose.

She took a few turns (that I never would have taken), which opened up to a decent 2km wide-path stretch.

I think itā€™s similar when you start a new job:
You can look at the map (which is what I did), AKA take the online induction and read up on the intranet.

However, to acclimate quickly to your business, it helps if you can find that person with that main character energy: Someone who has a strong sense of direction and moves purposefully towards it (btw, cheers to Nick Gray for sharing the ā€œmain characterā€ phrase, I love it).

Thanks Blarney for the run and the sunā€¦ it was nice to work off those Irish breakfasts today. And this isnā€™t a post promoting stalking..!
