Dramatically reduce the time it takes to design your workshops using Leanne Hughes’ 2-Hour Workshop Blueprint
What’s this all about? Watch the video below!
It shouldn’t take you two days to design a two-hour workshop
It used to take me two days, even longer, to design a two-hour session. I’d agonise over the icebreaker, how to weave contrast into my sessions, how to get the group talking to each other, and sharing their knowledge on the call as well.
I spent a lot of time jumping on sites like SessionLab, trying to find the perfect group activity to make the topic come alive. This was super exhausting, especially when you’re a bit of a generalist and LOVE delivering new topics all of the time.
Some people enjoy delivering the same workshops all the time, I really can’t stand that… Unfortunately, I thrive off new content!
New content means designing a new workshop…Doesn’t it?
After realising that the ultimate activity for my exact topic wasn’t out there, I went through my own workshop design archives.
I realised I had all of the activities, already.
All I needed to do was tweak them a little bit to make the content come alive.
Now I can design a 2-hour workshop faster, and I know the activities will hit the mark, every time.
Introducing: The 2-Hour Workshop Blueprint
This year, I’ve been releasing and delivering a lot of mini-workshops and sessions that range from one-hour to three-hours.
I can do this because I’ve developed a faster way to design these sessions.
Now, I've codified the process and created the 2-Hour Workshop Blueprint, where you can plug and play your expertise/favourite topic into the blueprint, to deliver an awesome session.
In this masterclass (that yes, goes for 2-hours!), I’ll share the process and templates with you, too.
This blueprint includes all the philosophies I share on my podcast, First Time Facilitator (weaving in contrast, amplifying trust quickly).

FAQs
What if I can’t make the live call?
There are two sessions available, so I’d love to see you on one of the calls! However, if you’re unable to make it live, you’ll receive the session recording and all the resources sent to you, within 24 hours of the call finishing up.
All day workshops?
Can I use these materials to design an all-day session?
The philosophies I share during the masterclass work for all types of workshops, however I recommend the 2-Hour Workshop Blueprint is used specifically for workshops ranging from 1-hour up to 3-hours. Cut some parts out, and you’d have an awesome lunch and learn session, too.
Virtual AND in-person?
does the blueprint work for both virtual and in-person workshops?
Yes! The blueprint applies, though there are some tweaks I would make for in-person delivery. I’ll share these edits during the masterclass and in your resources, too.
Okay, I’m Keen. What’s the investment?
Access the masterclass and all the materials on 27 October for only $297 AUD (the equivalent of $190 USD)
About your host: Leanne Hughes
I’m really into personal development (I studied Business and Psychology) and started a podcast called First Time Facilitator. 200 episodes later, I feel like I’ve finally graduated from being a First Time Facilitator and can’t wait to share my ideas with you (#1 Ideation here!). I love seeing people actually learn a lot and have an amazing experience.
In 2021 I was awarded the Asia Pacific Learning Professional of the Year award and I’ve been lucky enough to deliver workshops all across Australia, Canada, France, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea and Singapore…and even cast the net wider for groups via Zoom from the comfort of my own home in Brisbane, Australia.
