What if a learning experience could be like a Peloton workout? π΄π
ππ΄ After completing 335 days in a row of Peloton workouts, I have started asking myself this question: What if a learning experience could be like a Peloton workout? π΄π
I've been brainstorming a next step program for readers who have read my new book The 2-Hour Workshop Blueprint, but who want further accountability, community and x-factor ideas.
It was only after doing a 20min Strength workout with Ben Aldis this morning, that I realised the secret:
A ha! Design this program like Peloton would!
This means:
β‘ Community raising each other up
β‘ Difficulty rating (I'm thinking this program will be at least an 8.2/10)... it'll be a high intensity program
β‘Session plan, so you know what you're in for
β‘Can be completed on demand, in your own time, wherever you like
β‘Accountability
β‘A body map outline showing which muscles will be worked out (most likely your prefrontal cortex and your voice, maybe your wrist as you churn ideas in your post-it notes)?
I'm so, so excited to refine this offering and share it tomorrow!
But my biggest decision is what to call it: Workoloton? Peloworkshop?
