Super excited to have my first article published in SmartCompany today!

I wrote about some advice I shared with a client recently, who wanted to reinvigorate their corporate values. I told them to stop. Instead, we developed their manifesto to really make their desired behaviours clear.

When writing your manifesto, you want to stir emotion. You want people to read it and scream, “Yes!” or conversely, “No, that’s not for me”…

Fun work to do, fun to write on.
