Leanne's Red Carpet Experience

Leanne's Red Carpet Experience was formed earlier this year when I journelled this guiding question, "How can I bring the best of my talents together, to help a founder in a day?" - one thing was clear, it had to feature a rooftop bar.

I landed on the Red Carpet Experience as a service to not only riff and ideate with bold founders and leaders, but to actually DO THE WORK together.

I wasn't sure if anyone would be interested and I felt a little nervous sharing the idea on my email list last month, and was amazed when two amazing founders booked in (one from NZ, another in the US - we're working virtually).

Congrats to Jo Fitzgerald for backing herself, and getting on that flight from Wellington to Brisbane this week.

I have honestly had the best time working with her and helping to be her thought partner on all the great things she shares in this video.

At times, I felt it was too easy - Jo already had sprinklings of her value, it was all about packaging it, and connecting it together (a glass of prosecco helped accelerate that process!!).

Plus, look how natural she is on video! She's this cool, authentic and fun in real life, too.
