People should get off their moral high horse

“People should get off their moral high horse” Musk said of working from home practice...

When I read about Musks' stance on working from home last year, I thought he wanted his employees in the office because of trust/productivity issues. Not the case.

Rather than stemming from concerns about productivity, Musk's opposition to the 'work from home' culture is rooted in a quest for fairness and balance.

He highlighted a disparity that often gets overlooked - the dichotomy between those can work from home ("laptop workers living in la la land") and the frontline workers who must be physically present at their workplaces to do the work (i.e. Café employees, diesel mechanics, and nurses).

Musk went even further, labelling this disparity as morally objectionable.
