Oh the world of work needs this book! Congrats to my friend, the insanely talented and funny, 📚 Michael Bungay Stanier for successfully launching this pocketful of tips book last week!

Like all of MBS' work, it's a joy to read, you feel great/get a sense of completeness because it's short and pithy, PLUS this is how you change workplace culture: One relationship at time.

I love this in the opening, "The quality of your working relationships determines your success and your happiness. Stop leaving it to chance."
