A couple months ago, employees from across Australia gathered in Brisbane for Aurion Day. It had been 888 (!) days since they had met in person. Since that time, the company has grown significantly.

I was engaged to help design and deliver the Aurion Day, backed by that theme of reconnection.

This then begged the question, “How do we capture the energy and connections made today if someone starts with Aurion next week?”

Introducing one of the solutions: An internal podcast called The Aurion Voice. It’s a podcast where we pass the microphone onto our colleagues to find out what they are up to, and what is going on behind the scenes, to help make life work better for you.

Aurion Voice podcast was launched TODAY (with Kit Kats and cups of tea, check out the photo)! Congrats to Cara Haslop, Lewis Carter and their teams for making it happen… AND to the OG Aurion team members who stepped up to be interviewed for the first 4 episodes. There are 6 more episodes of the pilot series to come… I’m excited to hear what else is released.
