Two weeks til Aneurin Hughes (AKA dad) and I deliver our interactive workshop at this year's AMPEAK Conference. Our topic is: Hit the Ground Running: Creating and Sustaining Contractor Value from Day One.

We caught up to finalise the session design.

Rather than talking about theory, we'll be bringing in a live case study, walking through the experience of a new contractor (maintenance planner) at a water treatment facility.

It's going to be action-packed and incredibly helpful if you work in asset management, and want to get the best out of your people from day one.
