Is it possible to get immediate value from a team member, or contractor from Day One?

We were so lucky to have the incredibly talented Ben Crothers in the room, scribing our session.

➡️ Does an employee REALLY need to know the corporate values from Day One, to get a job done?
➡️ Instead of creating new meetings, where are the opportunities for a contractor to piggyback on existing meetings at the organisation?
