From 2-Hour workshops, to 2 x 2-day conferences in 2 weeks!

Had a blast hosting the Retail First Pty Ltd two-day leadership event last week.

When you host a "New Horizons" themed conference, it helps to throw the event near the beach, where you can see that gorgeous Gold Coast horizon in the morning.

We set this theme because the focus of the two days was bringing together two departments, and building their ability to collaborate (as well as connect, work on real business challenges, and also...have fun)

But also, when you sail towards the horizon, you never arrive.
You are never "there there".
It's a constant journey towards an aspiration, and the process is as important as arriving.
