Honestly a massive part of the fun of hosting these masterclasses is introducing cool people around the world to each other!

It was awesome so many legends join in live for the Group Coaching Masterclass today.

I shared ideas on my three-part framework for hosting a killer group coaching program: Content, Conversations and Community, all within a Container (your structure).

We also explored:
✅ Managing content with your conversation (not repeating content during live calls)
✅ The value of group coaching > 1:1 coaching
✅ Accelerating trust to enable honest sharing and support
✅ Types of group coaching formats (using a range of mediums)
✅ Helping people stay connected in between calls.
