A step by step guide on how to host a group coaching program

Announcing: A step by step guide on how to host a group coaching program

I've felt more dramatic results when I've been part of a group coaching program.

The power is in the community and the relationships you form, not only with the group coaching host, but with the people in the group - they ask questions you didn't even think to ask, and you instantly gain new insights as a result.

However, if you're the host - there's a big shift you need to take when moving from 1:1 coaching, to group coaching.

As I started hosting group coaching programs with leaders in organisations, and even my own Booked Out Facilitator program, I was constantly trying to figure out:
➡️ What's the best format here?
➡️ How can I accelerate trust, especially when kicking off a new group?
➡️ How can I make people feel like they're being supported/feel special at an individual level, when we don't have 1:1 time together?
➡️ How can I turn from the being the hero, to being the guide and help group members forge their connections, rather than expecting me to answer every question?

These questions kept me up at night. Through trial, error, participation, feedback and reflection, I've figured out a great way through!

In this masterclass, I'll be sharing with you the exact step by step process on how you can host dynamic group coaching experiences for your clients.

I'll also share how you can pitch this offering to a client, whether that's internal/external stakeholder.

I actually find group coaching MORE impactful than hosting a specific skill development workshop, which is what I share with my clients.

You can use these approaches:
➡️ If you're a trainer or facilitator (internal or external) and you want to create a community as part of a learning program/skill development
➡️ As someone leading a program/cohort online course to build community and engagement
➡️ If you're working with a group or team, that wants to create a level of transformation

I'll link to the signup page in the comments. Shoot me a msg/comment if you have any questions!
