🎉 🎉 🎉 As I wrote the date in my journal this morning, I realised it was my third year solopreneur-aversary.

I started my consulting business at leannehughes.com on 4 February, 2019.

The irony of this quote on today's page is not lost on me: "Nothing is really work unless you would rather do something else".

That's what I'm celebrating today. I have a choice in who I serve, how I serve and show up.

That's reflected in where I'm spending my time today.

I'm on a very exciting adventure next week (Hint: I get to leave the island)! So, it's a big day of Zooming as I cram in a bunch of calls before packing the suitcase.

- A 5am book sprint Zoom call with Alan Weiss
- A 6am call with author, Jenny Blake for an upcoming Pivot session I'm delivering to a huge US retailer
- 10am coaching call with a new client, building their ability to lead and influence
- 1pm call with a consulting peer who has up-levelled their business in so many ways. As I move into my third year, this year is all about shedding skin, and moving forward
- 2pm call with the incredible Moana Cant at AAMG, I love supporting their leaders and team. Their growth has been sensational.
