Wow wow wow! What a treat celebrating 100 episodes of the First Time Facilitator podcast with this bunch of superstars yesterday!

I loved looking around the room and seeing a range of animated conversations from old/new/virtual friends that are somehow connected through the show.

I’m still surprised (and sometimes in disbelief) of the power of podcasting, and how people love ‘leaning in’ to conversations that two people have!

What a joy the last 100 weeks have been - created from something as simple as having a conversation, hitting the record button and sharing it. Thanks to everyone who came along last night and all of you on LinkedIn who have supported the show over the last 100 episodes.

With each new episode hopefully I can reach one more person who is on the same mission- stamping out boring workshops, forever!
