🎉 What happens when you throw facilitators together, in a beautiful backyard on a Saturday afternoon?

You get an unbelievably fun, insightful and amazing learning experience.

I have a Facebook group called ‘The Flipchart’ where podcast listeners continue the conversation when the weekly First Time Facilitator episode is over. Yesterday, some of our Brisbane-based Flipcharters met up at a member's residence in Brisbane (thank you Suzanne and Rob!).

Over good food and drink, we each shared our favourite workshops activities. We discussed how we’d use that one activity across a range of topics, contexts and environments, often creating exciting, spin-off activities.

Who knows where this will go? At the end of the afternoon, we all agreed it was something we wanted to continue.

We’ll continue them in Brisbane but may take them on the road too (speaking of on the road, I’m off to Mumbai tomorrow... I should be packing!) Such an awesome group to kick-off the first sesh!
