💬What is your biggest distraction?

As we know, the world is full of distractions but these aren’t only external (the notification, a phone call, scrolling through a social media feed when we should be doing something else), there are also internal triggers, cues from within us, like when we feel hungry, or when we’re stressed and lonely.

That’s why Nir Eyal, author of Indistractable: How to Control Your Attention and Choose Your Life says that, “Time Management is Pain Management”.

I’m delighted to be interviewing Nir on the First Time Facilitator podcast next week.
