🎈 Oh wow, I'm turning 40 this week!

So, there's no better time to reflect on some life lessons.

Here's Rule #3 from Leanne's 12 Rules for Life:
Shake hands with your heroes, they probably have sweaty palms, too.

Here's what I share on the full episode:

👉🏼 Heroes Have Sweaty Palms Too: While many say never meet your heroes, there's real value in doing so. They remind us that even our idols are human with their everyday challenges, routines, and yes, even imposter syndrome.
👉🏼 The Importance of Horizontal Relationships: Inspired by the book "The Courage to be Disliked" and Alfred Alder's teachings, the idea is not to put ourselves beneath or above others in relationships. We should aim to interact with everyone as equals, regardless of their status or ours.
👉🏼 Authenticity Over Status: Even in professional settings, we should strive to be present and genuine rather than tailor our behaviour based on perceived status differences.
